Beautiful cast iron, antique-finished outdoor thermometer with a bird on top!. The thermometer is 5" high with the unit being 4" wide. The bracket mounting surface is 3/4" wide. Requires two screws- not included. Inside the weather proof clear tube are actually three thermometers so the temperature reading can be viewed at any angle. That said, some customers have reported that the three thermometers might not keep the same readings. This is simple to explain as one thermometer can be at an angle towards the sun and the others might not receive as much solar radiant energy. When I ship, I make sure that all three are the same. The tube can be rotated.
