callunacat @14mleone of course! the chest when the ribbon is fully tied/shirt fully closed. for this top, across the top white "line" of the shirt, if that makes sense? sorry if I'm not being clear

14mleone @callunacat so sorry for the delay, across it is 15.2 inches, there is a slight stretch. This is the measurement with the top tie completely closed/tightened.
