Crepe fabric with a little stretch; unlined. **There is no size tag or fabric tag. I am presuming a polyester fabric. It feels like it could be hand or machine washed carefully. **I do not know when this was made. It has been in my mother's closet since sometime after the mid 70's / 80's.
