65. Joseph Ribkoff Dress

Posting this for my mom. If you have any questions let me know and I can ask her. She bought this at a consignment shop here in Vancouver and wore it a couple of times. PTP 19” Length 36” Hips 18” Note: please note the condition of the liner underneath. It looks like whoever owned it before cut it shorter and the liner fabric now has runs in it. (Accounted for in price choice already). No size tags but based on measurements I estimate it’s a medium.
