Ceramic / Porcelain crafted candle holder with Candle - Never Lit - From Japan

This beautiful candle was made in Japan by epoch and it has never been lit. It’s in a beautifully crafted ceramic or porcelain type jar/container and it’s definitely reusable. I’m not sure of its scent but it is a soft scent and nothing overbearing. The candle does not appear to have ever been lit but it does appear that it was slightly tilted on its side as some point and got warm. I feel once it’s lit that unevenness will work it’s way back to a level stance. Please see all pictures attached for details, size, weight and condition. Questions are always welcome and appreciated.
