measures approximately 16” pit to pit, 25” from top to bottom 20.5” wide on the bottom, 14.5” wide under the bust. brand new with tags! has some slight pilling along the fabric, not sure if meant to be that way, doesn’t affect it at all. has a zipper along the back, grip material along the top to help hold up better - since it’s completely sleeveless. ruffles along the bottom. details in pictures
