Gorgeous dress by Mindy Ross. There is one spot about 1” long where the zipper has come loose from the dress. An easy fix. There is no size tag, but laid flat, approximate measurements are: 14” across at the armpits 12” across at the waist 41” from top of shoulder to hem I’m guessing it’s a Small or XS.
