dellemc @kdubs1105 Hi! I can measure it tonight after work but it can fit tts or can accommodate a bit larger because it has an elasticated waist and the arms are more flowy so it will stretch to fit.

dellemc @kdubs1105 The waist laying flat is about 12 1/2 inches completely un stretched and when fully stretched out it is about 23 inches flat.
