Is the heel hard wood/plastic or softer rubber?

@sunflower3612 The heel is hard wood or plastic (not sure which) but it has an 1/8 inch thick rubber pad attached (some wear on it). The ball of the foot also has a non-slip rubber pad. Hope that helps!!
