Honestly could be a dress or worn as a top or worn as a skirt. Measures flat 12” chest and full dress 22” length. Stretch with a great quality knit. I would recommend for small chest as larger may have difficulty keeping up if worn as dress/top. But what do I know? Says size small but see measurements and has stretch. Skirt is full skirt. Gently preloved. Tag is loose on one side. You know what they say… hanging by a thread? Bargain sharing with you again.
