Short sleeve dress perfect for fall. Flutter sleeves, two slits on either side, fully lined. Measurements taken laying flat and are approximate. Waist does have elastic, so does have a little give to it. Did not notice any rips or pulls. It’s too long for me, I’m short, but wore it with high wedges so it wouldn’t drag on the floor. Worn only once.
