Like new monkey Halloween costume. Has the mittens over the hands or you can fold them back to not have the hands covered. Has the elastic straps to go under the shoes to hold the feet in place. Very cute, soft, and warm. It's size 12-24 month but I'd say it fits more like 18-24 month.
