@emmyluna oh I am sorry for that.. I have never had problems with the boxes from postmark. They have always arrived safely and the items have never been stolen. Don't worry, I monitor usps internally always with my purchases. Also I make a video from the USPS office when I am packing the item and sending it as evidence
