Vtg 90s reversible tapestry blazer

Vintage 1990s era blazer 2 in 1 jacket! Thick, embroidered tapestry fabric. Navy blue on one side and multicolor on the other. No tags, I'm not sure if it's hand made or not. If so, it's a masterpiece. I would recommend professional cleaning to be safe. There are 2 buttons on each side. No shoulder pads, no pockets. In excellent condition. No flaws, bright colors.
