Nosferatu Handmade Pencil Skirt XL Junior's-New

I ordered this fabulous skirt off Etsy several years ago and believe it was handmade. It is so unique and simple- an elastic waistband, no pockets. Unfortunately it is a junior's XL, not a woman's. I have kept it in my closet for years, waiting for that magical day it would fit...but I would rather it be worn and make someone very happy than just collect dust. Measurements- waist 32", length 18". Even for a junior size, it runs small! Sntz
