Round sterling hinged box is monogrammed - I believe it to read “ AER”. See photos. Beautiful floral and leaf design all over box and lid. Underside is marked ‘sterling’ and a floral stamp with letter D. Victorian box could have been to hold a tincture bottle or meant for a vanity. Hinge in very good working order, nicely closes snuggly. Measures 4.25” h by 2” diameter. Total weight is 103.5 g. Condition is good and consistent with age.
