Nothing was ripped or stretched too far M/L fits 5'0"- 5'11" 140-195 lbs The next size up is L/XL (I DO NOT HAVE) -fits 5'2"- 5'8" - 195-235 lbs However, I am 5'8" and I'm not sure of my weight at the time, but it was at the higher end of that range, and these were too small for me. I also have thick legs and backside. I would say if you are at the higher end of this range, you would need to size up. Feel free to ask questions!
