allisonpriebe @bridgetrose1111 Wow! All I can say is Wow! I decided to take a bunch more photos for you (look above in the listing) I even modeled the dress. I am 5 8 and weigh 145. I wear a size six or eight. The dress is 100% silk. I measured it, but I’m no expert and the waist seems to be 30inches and about 60 inches from top of strap on bust to the floor. There is a two foot train to bustle with a strap seen underneath to the lining.

allisonpriebe @bridgetrose1111 Part 2… I examined the dress very carefully. Upon closely looking at this dress I don’t think it has ever been worn!! It is just about perfect (needs a steam) I inspected it pretty carefully and could not find any flaws. Not even dirt around the hem! So I don’t even think it will need to be professionally cleaned just steamed to get wrinkles out. Every button is carefully sewn on as well! 🪡 I also did more research on the dress and learned it sold for $3,000

nataliekb3 Hi thank you for the additional info- can you also measure seam to seam smallest part waist- top bust lime & seam to seam pit to pit- assume hips are "free"?

allisonpriebe @nataliekb3 the dress is not a pure white white, but a more elegant eggshell white. I don’t know how to do the measurements more than I have. I modeled the dress and think it is sized for someone who could wear a four, six or eight.

nataliekb3 Thank you! I re-read that - idk if this helps but - if you ever need it - one trick is to lay the dress flat and measure it taught /across the front seam to seam (side seam) you basically get the 1/2 measurement - so in this instance it would probably be about "15" (i.e. 30")
