Rare, Vintage 1951 Fenton Amber Snow Crest Vase w White Trim

Rare, Vintage Fenton Amber Snow Crest Vase with white ruffle at the top. It is an older piece and is not marked. In the 40s Fenton began to make crest items and experimented with different colors but most of their work was done with milk glass. In the 50s they began to work with snow crest in a variety of colors. In 1951, they made this color. It was only made for that one year. Because of the age of the vase, it is not marked but may have originally had a sticker on it which is long gone. The vase is in nice shape with a spiral design on the amber glass and the white crest at the top. It measures about 7 3/4" high by about 5 1/4" across the top ruffle. Because it was only made for one year, it is a rare color that is ever so hard to find now.
