alli_k @loyda513 hi! I just added a bit more of a description which I pulled from the website. It says that the charger will work with any QI enabled device. I have an iPhone and it works for me, I’m pretty sure it worked for my husbands android as well. Hope this helps!

loyda513 Ok hello hope you had a great day, so I received you package I haven't excepted it yet because I want to speak to you first, so this little charge is awesome but I try to charge it bit was no indication what so ever I don't know if it charge or not it was there for a while one of my phones the others thing is this has 2 USB port one against each other so so I tried the first one and it didn't budge at all and the other it was the same thing but I kept on trying and finally it when in but

loyda513 The other port looks damage so can you tell me if one is bigger than the other one and you had it how dose it charge please let me know know I did try to read the little pamphlet you send but I just could read those tinny words and that's with my glasses and I went to the web site and they really didn't say much so that's why I am reaching out to you!

alli_k @loyda513 hello! I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulty with it and I’m sorry I can’t do much to help when I’m not there to try it out. I assure you it’s not damaged because it’s never been used, I only took it out of the packaging once. Unless it got damaged while shipping? I would recommend making sure that the charging station is plugged into the wall and if you have a case on your phone, try taking it out of the case.
