amazing design, actually only kept in storage and worn for a few hours for a professional event. as is known to happen with a lot of vintage or even y2k and more recent lip service designs, the vinyl fabric is very delicate and tends to tear. this vinyl decal has started to deteriorate --- I pulled it off the shoulders to improve the look of the top as the shoulders were first (where the clothing hanger corner touches the top in storage).... it happens on its own as the fabric ages. buyers use your own discretion --- it's a Collectible item with a great design but needs to be worn with this in mind. one tassel on front also coming loose. easy to fix. size Small. best fit 32-34 bust and 26 waist
