candace_duh @aah412 hi! I looked at it more thoroughly and there is not a cut in or into the shoe, but there is a crack in the plastic where you see that line. Which I assume would happen over time with any shoe that has a thin plastic detail like that in an area that gets a lot of activity and bending.
