This exquisite, hand painted and hand made garment has been crafted in our studio in Adelaide with an abundance of love and care. Tiff's one of a kind, tulle pieces, are all designed and individually painted to ensure each creation is as unique and divine as you. This was a custom painted tulle skit I ordered from Tiff Manuell to put over my wedding dress skirt. I ended up not wearing it, so this is a brand new piece. It's even more stunning in person, the colors are amazing. It's 126cm (49.6 inches) long and the band can accommodate 65 to 115 cm (25 to 45 inches).
