Brand new with tags. Crushed velvet pink wrap dress. Flutter sleeve. Sleeves land just above elbow.there is a snap at the bust and two hook and eyes at the waist - one for inside layer and one for outside layer. Size xl. When laying flat pit to pit is approx 21”, length is 48”.
