Antique Vaseline glass"uranium"citrus juicer depression glass

this is a Vaseline uranium yellow glass citrus juicer in excellent pre-owned condition considering it's age 1800's it has one teeny tiny chip on the rim of the base but no cracks or rough edges it is a beautiful piece, great for your uranium collection, I would display this and not use it as a juicer, uranium could be hazardous to use food in, they used it back in the day but they know now that uranium is not safe for using with food. Vaseline glass was first made in 1830 but it was most popular from 1880 to 1920. The yellow glass was called Vaseline glass and the green was called uranium glass but they both are being called uranium because of the glow it gives off with a black light glows beautifully under a black light this is a nice heavy larger size juicer with a deep reservoir, and has a nice handle and spout it is about 2 and 1/4 in in height not counting the middle piece The base is 5 in in diameter The top is 6 in diameter depression glass Vaseline glass yellow uranium citrus juicer antique
