Gorgeous very rare velvet Kay Selig party dress with beautiful color turquoise velvet dress and ice blue satin bow in the BACK of the dress. The size tag is worn off so go by the Measurements are arm pit to arm pit : Bust 32-33, Waist 24-25, Length 42. It has zipper back with snaps to help keep bow in place. This would be xs/small. Beautiful full skirt measures 35 inches across when laid flat.
