Black Vest

This vest is super fun. It can be worn to dress up or down an outfit. Has mesh detailing and a hook closer at waist so you can wear vest open or closed for definition. It is from Wet Seal and is a size small, but fits upto a medium. Fabric is 97% polyester and 3% spandex.
