This 2 piece set is brand new but has absolutely no tags. It is a grey zip-up hooded jacket with elastic waist pants that also have a tie/drawstring. They are supposed to be a 5x, but fit like a 3x in my opinion.

behindtheblue @ahamblen Darn it. Even though I am only 5 ft. tall... the pants would be a touch short... and I definitely need 30 inches or more in the top length (got a big ol' belly to try to cover) Thank you for the information.
