Antique, delightfully rustic NATIONAL WASHBOARD CO. NO. 860 (The National.) Trademarks in the USA (Chicago, Saginaw and Memphis.) What drew me to THIS one specifically was that I could literally envision the history and actual use it’s seen! Note the absence of hanging hardware, lots of wear and traces of water. Top right corner needs attention. Legs uneven. BEAUTIFUL old glass… This didn’t spend years on someone’s wall as decoration; it belonged to someone’s great-grandmother (or great-great grandmother,) who toiled over it for the betterment of her family. If you’re looking for a “perfect” accessory piece this probably isn’t the one for you.
