I have only worn these once, they are beautiful fit well but have decided to go with the Cascade Clovis since I live in the PNW (which are completely waterproof, the Cascade is water-resistant and offer more breathability). I would say that are true to size, I always wear an 8 and these fit great with thinner or thick socks. They came with the red laces, the brown/yellow are ones I purchased separately, but will include them as well, unless you do not want me to!
