There is distressing on the front of the skirt of the dress which I have pictured. I am not sure if it's supposed to be like that but it doesn't hurt the look of the dress. There are two buttons (pictured) so you can adjust the halter strap. Snug fit and it does stretch. I cannot figure out if this dress is vintage or not. US Women's Size Medium I am 5'6" and this dress comes to my knees.
