@ann4550 While I can’t guarantee sizing, the Tommy Bahama sizing chart on website says size large fits 12 -14. It was too big for me when I was size 10. Hope this helps!

@ann4550 Length is 29” from top of dress to bottom. Hips are 22”. Dress also has side pockets. Thx!
