Sleeveless mustard and tan floral blouse 4x

Thrifted top. Was new with tags when I purchased it. I have tried it on and removed the tags. But much as I love it, it is a size too big for me. Very soft with a nice drape. PTP 30. Length about 32. Our home is smoke free. We have an outdoors cat that occasionally comes in contact with a pant leg.
