ktlssr @marinazzaro hi! i remeasured and it’s more 14.5” across laying flat. i think jesse kamm sizes tend to run a bit smaller. i’d advise that you cross reference her website to make sure of the size for you. but I’d say these run true to her sizing in general.

ktlssr @elizabethskelly hi there, I missed your first message. I’m probably not the best person to ask because I don’t wear the sailors anymore and have lost some weight. I’d say that they run slightly small. I did some research online and most people size up. I’d refer to the measurements and cross reference any pants in your closet that have a similar shape to them to see if they would fit.

ktlssr @elizabethskelly Also I’m not sure if you live in a city that carries Jesse Kamm but you could try them on IRL to see if these would fit. I do that personally even if I’m buying secondhand. Hope that helps!
