Perfect condition (never worn). Comes with box, ribbon, and dust bag. I can make a copy of the receipt upon request, but I also have another item on it, so I can't send the original receipt. I bought this at the Las Vegas Wynn location, as seen on the reciept pic. There aren't tags attached. I don't know if I had them to begin with. I also listed the matching earrings.
