Beautiful Autumn fall swing style top or coukd be used as a jacket, it buttons up the front, it's an olive green big wale soft cushy corduroy with a brown polkadot knit collar and applique at bottom, there's two little pet houses with a kitty cat and an owl, this was a highly sought after boutique brand in the 90's and early y2k super cute! I see no issues other than the polkadot fabric has minor was wear fade, it's NOT as bad as my photos look, in person it's fine and hardly noticeable, great for your vintage collection.
