Simply Fit Board exercise device in Great pre-owned condition. It does have the normal minor scuffs from being used. This is an exercise balance board I received for Christmas a few years ago. I did use it for awhile and found it's a great balance and core workout. I have now moved on to more strenuous workouts but I did enjoy using it. There are plenty of YouTube videos you can do. And once you have learned different routines, you can use it watching your favorite shows. Great Core and Ab workout. All items come from a smoke free pet hair free home!
