ALC black pleated wrap skirt with leather belt 4

For sale is a very cool pleated skirt from ALC. It’s a wrap skirt and the wrap is leather. There is a small hook at the wrap (internal) that could use a stitch or two (see photo). Though it’s possible to wear without using this hook. Other than this, the shirt is in great condition. Looks amazing when you walk because of the weight of the skirt. Size 4.
