cloudspotter @dreamtogethee Hi Friend, an update on this item. As I unpacked it, I noticed the foam backing on the belt and the headband have eroded over time but are both still wearable. The rest of the costume is in excellent condition. The hip measurement is hard to capture because it is a flared skirt with no under garment. If you are still interested, I'll accept your offer of $25.
