This dress is best suited for someone with a slender frame. Unstretched bust measures 13 inches across, comfortably stretches to about 16 inches across, total length 32 inches, depending on the tie. Modeled on a 4/6 mannequin, but a little tight. Best for 0-2. Great condition!
