Vintage Hostess Maxi Dress

Gorgeous vintage maxi dress with bell sleeves and high side slit on left side. Shell fabric is sheer and most likely polyester, but the dress is fully lined with acetate fabric. I am in love with this dress and was hesitant to list it for sale. I believe it is handmade, and it is in nearly new condition. No labels of any kind. Fits like medium. Chest across is 20” Waist is 17” Length is 57.75”
