ljmintosa @slistek like most Born shoes, these do have arch supports. Some people don't care for them & honestly depending how you feel about them will tell if you can wear them for long periods. Else, they are comfortable. I think they can fit a 7.5 with thin socks, but are a better fit for a 7.
