In fantastic condition and definitely vintage Wet Seal by now as this was one of my favorite tops from my 20s :) it’s a size large cotton and spandex so it has some give to it, striped with a cute cross-cross between the shoulder blades. Is a juniors large or a women’s medium however, you wanna look at it!
