NWOT LuLaRoe Eloise Size Small Puff Sleeves I do like this shirt and it looks great with dress pants and jeans. However, I have muscular arms and the fit wasn’t right with the banded sleeves. Note! I am not positive the dark stripes are black. It is possible they are navy! Either way, they are very dark.
