Women’s vintage leather belt

In used good condition Vintage Leather belt Unfortunately I don’t know what brand this belt is Has holes all around the belt as shown in pic 4 Pic 5 shows a bit of discolouration on the back of the buckle. Pic 6 shows the front of the buckle colour. Pic 8 shows numbers printed on the end of the belt.
