Never worn. No tears/stains. It says size 4 but it is definitely too big for US4 women. That’s why I never got to wear this. I recommend US6 or maybe even 8. As you can see in the picture, the waist is 15 inches when flattened. So please make sure you compare this to a skirt that you already have.
