Lip Service mid-length summer halter dress.

Beautiful and comfortable halter dress is great for the bar, the club, or a wedding. Laced with original ribbon on both the front and back for lots of adjustability. The back also has a zipper that lets the dress get over your hips, and then defines the waist. The skirt is two layers with lots of material to float around you. I loved wearing this dress, but it no longer suits, so hopefully someone else will love it just as much.
