buieisabel3 Are these 12” long because they are high waisted or is the style of them just long? Also are they stretched out?

kimbinder @buieisabel3 hi! So for the 12 inch measurement that is from the top of the waist down to wear the crotch is. I can add a photo. They are short shorts so not long. Also they are essentially new because I only was able to wear them once for an hour. I am no longer this size unfortunately and just bought a new pair that is bigger
