This is an incredible Vera Wang sculptural cocktail dress! It is a silk/cotton blend and features pleating throughout. It’s gathered on the side to give that sculptural feel. And the highlight of the dress is shiny, sparkly epaulettes on each shoulder! It also has a hidden zipper. It’s in excellent condition with no real flaws that I could find, but it does have some frayed threads here and there, as shown in the last picture.
