This is a cotton oversized dress by designer Essential Antwerp. It is a tan, yellow and black mini dress with continuous ruffle around torso and sleeves and the skirt has tiered ruffles. Although size small it can actually fit an extra large! There is a flaw. The dress has some small holes in the bottom ruffle. I took two close up pictures - one with a white paper underneath so you can see it better. It is not noticeable due to the fullness of ruffle and pattern - but take notice- there are holes !! I added pictures and video with red circle to show holes. This is a former rent the runway item in gently used condition with the aforementioned holes. Length is 35 inches
